The Hackett family believes that life is a precious
gift that should be valued through all stages and continue to be meaningful.
The family's mission of promoting a meaningful lifestyle is a reality
at each of Greenbrier's five levels of living.
Greenbrier Village has embraced as its logo a green tree which represents
life, encircled by an arch which represents shelter. Since
1971 we have strived to make our mission real. In all the
services we provide, we desire to be a support system for our residents
to encourage and comfort them.
Life is a process of continual change, and aging is a natural part
of that process. Providing an appropriate environment
for the aging, an environment in which they may continue a meaningful
and purposeful life, is the driving force behind Greenbrier Village.
At Greenbrier, the accent is on meaningful living. All programs
encourage interest and participation in daily life, stimulating
the residents to maintain interest in themselves, their fellow residents,
and the world around them. Entering this new phase of life
is then viewed as a continuation of living and functioning in society.
Greenbrier Village, family owned and operated since 1971,
is uniquely designed to provide the option for the most appropriate
level of housing and services.
Greenbrier Village has led the way in providing
environments of care. Each of our five levels operate
as a whole and share the same mission.
